The Weapon Simulator installed at RPA on 23/10/2013 to trainees for weapon training.
The simulator can be adapted to a number of firearms to impart basic training, hone firing skills and tests the skill level of trainees in training centres.
It is aimed at training recruits to special courses and commandos.
The simulator uses modified in-service weapons for the recoil effect. It can be configured with small arms.
