To endeavour to train Constable -Inspector (MT) and men of Rajasthan Police enabling them to perform their duties with integrity, character and professionalism. to inculcate in trainees, such values and norms as would help them serve people better.
To try to inculcate integrity of the highest order, sensitivity to aspirations of people in a fast changing social and economic milieu, respect for human rights, broad liberal perspective of law and justice, highest standard of professionalism, physical fitness and mental alertness.
To make the training center a focal point for conducting Special Courses/ Promotion Cadre Courses(MT) for in-service and to develop the Training as a Centre of Excellence and a centre for Training of Trainers.
