To endeavour to train Rajasthan Police officers enabling them to perform their duties with integrity, character and professionalism. to inculcate in trainees, such values and norms as would help them serve people better.
To try to inculcate integrity of the highest order, sensitivity to aspirations of people in a fast changing social and economic milieu, respect for human rights, broad liberal perspective of law and justice, highest standard of professionalism, physical fitness and mental alertness.
To make the training school a focal point for conducting Special Courses/ Promotion Cadre Courses for in-service officers and to develop the institute as a Centre of Excellence and a centre for Training of Trainers.
To take the institute to higher standards of training skills level by training police officers.
