        Rajasthan Police Training Centre (earlier known as Police Training School) is one of the most veteran police training institutions which was established in 1949 at Fateh Prakash Mahal at Chittorgarh, Later shifted to Kishangarh in 1950. IPS and RPS officers were being trained here till 1975. A Police Training School was established on 01.01.1975 at Jaipur. The Police training school was relocated to Kishangarh and Police Training College to jaipur on 01.09.1975,which is known as Rajasthan police Academy. RPTC Kishangarh is situated in the heart of Marble City Kishangarh. It is 30 KM far away from Ajmer and 100 km far away from jaipur. A new Campus is introduced at Silora on NH-79. RPTC Kishangarh has endeavor of 940 trainees. (540 at Kishangarh campus and 400 at Silora Campus ) RPTC Kishangarh has a glorious track record of training more than 52000 Trainees among them Basic Courses, PCC, Refresher courses, in service special courses, other department courses. RPTC Kishangrah has received The Home Minister’s Trophy for the best training school in North zone in 2016 by B.P.R.D. for its excellence in training. PTS Kishangarh is promoted into RPTC Kishangarh for the excellence and distinguished services in the field of training by the Govt of Rajasthan in March 2020.
