                1. To develop high standards of professional skills among trainees so that they can serve the department and the general public effectively and discharge their duties with full  capacity, discipline, and integrity.

                   2. To continuously improve the efficiency and competence of trainers through regular training programs, skill development initiatives, and capacity-building activities.

                  3. To promote awareness and responsibility towards environmental protection, cleanliness, and public health as an integral part of training and public service.
