To inculcate integrity of the highest order, sensitivity to aspirations of people in a fast changing social and economic milieu, respect for human rights, broad liberal perspective of law and justice, highest standard of professionalism, physical fitness and mental alertness.
To make the Academy a focal point for conducting Special Courses/ Promotion Cadre Courses for in-service officers and to develop the Academy as a Centre of Excellence and a centre for Training of Trainers.
To take the Academy to National and International level by training officers of other states and foreign countries.
