INTRODUCTION

1.  Establishment :-  Police training school Jhalawar was established in 2005  by the government of rajasthan.

2.  Location:-  Police training school Jhalawar is located 10 km. away from district headquarter in south direction , 03 km. far from Jhalarapatan city in west direction and near Horticulture and forestry Collage .

3.Starting of training – The training was started from batch number 01 of  recruit constable in the year 2005

Accommodation , Offices and facilities

(A)  Administrative building – There are office of Commandant , Assistant Commandant, Accumulation Inspector, GD, Quarter guard , Armory, Administrative office , simulator and entertainment room are located in aforesaid block.

(B)  Indoor training  facilities-

(1)   Indoor building – Office of Indoor staff, library, computer lab and virtual room are available in afore said building.

(2)  Class room for indoor training – Total 10 Class room are available for indoor training to about 500 trainees.

(C)  Outdoor training -

Out door training facilities- There are two parade ground, assault training area, drill nursery, two changing room and sulabh complex facilities available.

(D)  Hostel  facilities for trainees and trainers  –

There are Four hostels with three mess for trainees and  one staff hostel with mess  available.

(E)  Other facilities –

(1)  Government residence for families  is enough  of the posted staff in the institution .  One roll call ground, gardens and open gym are available.
